Design and Installation
We recognise that our equipment is often the first point of contact that your visitor has with your facility. Therefore, as a part of our implementation process we offer assistance with layout design to make optimum use of space, and help to ensure an aesthetically pleasing and friendly appearance for the areas to be controlled.
For projects that require it, we can also provide project management which includes liaising with contractors to help with a smooth implementation of any project. We provide site preparation documentation including layout drawings and wiring specifications to both our customer and their contractors.Where appropriate, installation dates are agreed in advance and we will liaise with any third parties such as electrical contractors to ensure that the installation takes place with minimum disruption to your operation.
As a part of the installation process, a comprehensive training course is offered to all users, with After-Sales Support to allow the new user time to implement access control smoothly and to get the best out of the information gathered.
