The latest information about Telepen and Data Capture

The eleven new units mean that all three main campuses of the University will have the Onyx fixed Mifare Card Reader in teaching rooms and lecture theatres.

Onyx collects information about attendance which is mergerd with data from other systems to generate a hollistic view of a student’s engagement with the University. This is then used to identify and work with at-risk students that might otherwise go on to withdraw from the course.

Putteridge Bury is a splendid mansion built in the style of Chequers and is home to over 1,500 management development students per year. In addition, it hosts conferences, social events, and carries a civil marriage ceremony licence.
