Datamax's E Class barcode printer is an entry level printer designed to meet your low to medium volume barcode labelling requirements. SB Electronic Systems support the E-4203 and the E-4304, both only with Thermal Transfer options. Standard features on both models are a 4.1" print width, serial and parallel interfaces, and a three-button, three-LED control panel for maximum configuration flexibilty and printer status indication. A see-through media window provides for immediate assessment of label stock status.

The E-4203 features 203 dots per inch (dpi) printing, and a 3 inches per second (ips) print speed.

The E-4304 combines 300 dpi and 4 ips print speed. The 300 dpi is particularly useful when a better quality bar code is required, perhaps for small labels, or if you anticipate printing graphics such as a logo.

The E-Class printers are designed to print a wide variety of barcode labels ranging from small office shipping labels to postal and asset control labels. The printers will produce all leading barcode symbologies, and now will also print 2 dimensional barcodes including PDF417, Datamatrix, MaxiCode and QRCode.
