Securit 5500 is ODBC compliant making it the preferred choice for users who wish to use an existing database for the production of encoded ID cards. Securit 5500 can be easily connected to databases such as Oracle, SQL Server and Microsoft Access.
Securit 5500 Features:

With Securit 5500’s modular structure, it is easy to connect to an exsisting database (with Database Layout Creator) and create card layouts (with Badge Creator). Once the database structure is set and the layouts created, the operator uses 5500 to add photos and signatures to the database, check data and card design and print the encoded ID cards. Photos and signatures can be stored as Binary Large Objects inside the existing database or as separate files. Securit 5500 has all the advanced options needed by large organisations: automatic fill options, bulk input, advanced barcode library, multiple photo storage per record and magstripe and chip encoding.
Now available - Integrate a Mifare encoding module into a card printer to enable encoding and printing of Mifare cards to be performed in one single operation.
