Exhibition and Fair Order Taking
SB Electronic Systems have used their systems expertise to develop TeleOrder for wholesalers to take orders at exhibitions. The system features a hand-held data collection device that is extremely simple to use, and a central database system that would normally be held on a laptop on your exhibition stand. Your sales personnel, or, given the simplicity of the system, your customer on their own, can scan the items for purchase and key in the quantity required of each. When they have completed their order, the scanner is returned to the laptop for order completion. The order is checked on the laptop, amended if necessary, and then an order acknowledgement is printed for the customer to take away.
The system also incorporates stock level reporting on the hand held unit, and customer pricing on the database. The software is easily installed and links to back office software are available on request.
